Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition you received it
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, tested, or applied cosmetic/body coverage products.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging caused after delivery
- Items returned without contacting us first
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Orders with incorrect address details provided by the customer
- Change-of-mind returns after the product has been opened
How to Request a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The reason for the return
- Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts
Do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing something, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos or videos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
- The issue you are reporting
If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Cancellations

We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier or local post office first.
We are unable to issue an automatic refund if tracking confirms delivery. However, we will do our best to help investigate the issue.
